MORE ABOUT JEAN SNELLING

After being laid-off from my accounting job, I decided to take a break from the accounting world and struck out on my own. I answered an ad from a local family looking for cleaning help, and for the first time in 20 years, I experienced the freedom to set my own work schedule. That's when I realized a long-time dream: to run my own business and make a difference.

In my spare time, I kayak, hike, bike, as well as volunteer as Treasurer for Waterbury Unleashed and Friends for Waterbury Area Recreation Development. I also spend time with my sweetheart, local photographer Gordon Miller, trusty canine Farley, and many animals.

I haven't closed the door on my accounting past and am working diligently on completing my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting at University of Southern New Hampshire.
